These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Novelcrafter’s app.
By accessing and using Novelcrafter, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use this app.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for any activities that occur under their account. Novelcrafter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of a user’s account.
Users must not use the app in ways that violate any laws, infringe upon the rights of others, or interfere with the functioning of the app.
Novelcrafter offers several subscription plans. By subscribing to any of these plans, users agree to pay the fees associated with that plan as described within the app. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the user’s selection.
Unless turned off by the user, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. Users will be charged the same amount as the previous cycle unless the subscription plan or pricing has been modified.
Payments for subscriptions are processed through our selected payment gateway. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s subscription.
Refund requests should be made to Novelcrafter’s customer support. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Novelcrafter within a specified period after the transaction (e.g., within 14 days of the charge). After this period, no refunds will be processed. Users dissatisfied with the service are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance or resolution.
Novelcrafter reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Users will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the price change comes into effect constitutes agreement to the new pricing.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, the user will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the subscription if canceled before the end of the cycle.
All content directly provided by Novelcrafter remains the intellectual property of Novelcrafter. However, any content users create, write, or upload to Novelcrafter remains their intellectual property, including any content generated by Novelcrafter’s AI features, and Novelcrafter does not claim any rights over it.
Novelcrafter reserves the right to terminate any user account if these terms are violated.
Novelcrafter is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novelcrafter disclaims all warranties and liabilities related to your use of the app.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novelcrafter and its employees from any claims or disputes arising from their misuse of the app.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed according to the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Novelcrafter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
Novelcrafter reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Users must be 18 years or older to use Novelcrafter.
Novelcrafter may contain links to third-party websites or services. Novelcrafter is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party entities.
