How can I insert scenes/chapters between other scenes/chapters?

In Plan mode, you can insert new scenes or chapters between others by using the + New button. It can found either at the bottom of a chapter or between scenes when you hover over the space between them.
You can also split the chapter or act into two parts, which will create a new chapter or act after the current one.
You can also insert new scenes via the actions menu for a scene, chapter, or act.
